This is such a great balm for massaging and if you work out consistently! There is an insane amount of product for what you need to get a great massage in. There is a great aroma of matcha as well as something similar to tiger balm. We put it in the fridge and it last for a long time and the cooling sensation when using it is LIFECHANGING. highly recommend this product.

I am very happy with the results and relief from this anti-inflammatory balm It is nice that I can cover all of my surfaces, a little goes a long way and it doesn’t irritate my skin. Another great thing is that it smells great. I have tried many otc & prescription topical, salves and patches looking for relief of my chronic pain caused by fibromyalgia over the years, but never found anything that helps with the hot inflammatory pain sensations in my neck, shoulders, back and hips until I tried this. This also helps my hubby with his knee pain.
